Croatia Visa

Documents Required for a Croatia visa:

• A photocopy of all previous visas (valid and expired) and therefore the pages employed in the passport.

• Fill out a visa application form and sign it by the visa applicant. For download (in Arabic | English). The application form can also be filled out online at https://crovisa.mvep.hr

• A recent photograph, on white background, 3,5 x 4,5 cm. Pasted into the form, not stapled.

• Travel health insurance is valid on the territory of Croatia (minimum coverage of 30,000 euros).

• Confirmed hotel reservation. (Click here to reserve).

• Proof of sufficient funds during the period of stay in Croatia.

• Reservation of round-trip airfare for a plane, bus, or boat; Registration card and driver's license if traveling by car; If a person is traveling to a third country, then proof of the itinerary (air ticket, etc.).

• A letter from the employer.

• Tax card and business register for the freelance.
  

• Bank account statement for the last 6 months.

• Visa fee: 60 Euro.
